Daily Operations
A typical day running a SlabTrack storefront: list new cards in the morning, fulfill orders mid-day, monitor health at close. This page is your runbook.
Morning — list new inventory
Two ways to get cards onto your storefront:
From SlabTrack collection
- Open
slabtrack.io→ log in → Strategist - Filter by your slug or workspace
- Select cards → click Engage Storefront
- Set per-card prices (auto-suggested from comp data)
- Click Commit — webhook fires, cards appear on your storefront within seconds
Direct on the storefront dashboard
- Listings → Add Card
- Either scan a PSA cert (auto-fills metadata) or fill manually
- Set price + quantity
- Upload front + back images (or pull from PSA's image API by cert number)
- Save → live immediately
Mid-day — fulfill orders
Orders queue under Orders in the dashboard. Each order has a state:
| State | What it means | Your action |
|---|---|---|
| pending | Customer started checkout but hasn't paid | Wait — Stripe webhook will move it to paid or release it |
| paid | Stripe captured the payment, card is yours to ship | Pack + print label |
| shipped | You printed a Shippo label, tracking is attached | Drop off / hand to carrier |
| delivered | Carrier confirmed delivery | Done |
| refunded | You issued a refund | Done |
| disputed | Customer filed a chargeback | See Payouts → Disputes |
The fulfill flow
- Click into a paid order → Print Label
- Shippo generates a label (USPS by default; UPS/FedEx if configured)
- Pack the card per shipping standards
- Stick the label on, drop in the mail
- Tracking auto-attaches to the order; customer gets an email
If you have 20+ paid orders, click Bulk Print on the Orders page. It generates one PDF with all labels in a 4×6 grid. Print, peel, stick, drop off in one trip.
Evening — monitor health
The Dashboard page (the default landing) shows:
- Today's revenue — gross, net of fees
- Outstanding orders — paid but not shipped
- Stripe balance — what's queued for next payout
- Listing health — cards with no activity in 30 days (consider repricing)
- Sync status — green = SlabTrack and storefront agree on card states
Cross-channel awareness
If you also list cards on ToT or your own SlabTrack collection or eBay, sale-locks coordinate so the same card can't sell twice. When a card sells on your storefront, SlabTrack fires bulk-disengage webhooks to every other channel — eBay listing pulls, ToT listing closes, etc.
If you manually delist a card on eBay (instead of letting SlabTrack do it), SlabTrack's view drifts. Run Sync Center → Reconcile on the SlabTrack side weekly to catch drift. Your storefront has its own reconciler that runs hourly.
What to check before you sleep
- No stuck "pending" orders older than 30 minutes (those should auto-release; if not, check troubleshooting)
- Stripe balance is positive (no failed payouts)
- No disputes in red state (urgent customer-service issues)
- Tomorrow's listing pipeline — anything new ready to scan in the morning?
