Seller Manual

Daily Operations

A typical day running a SlabTrack storefront: list new cards in the morning, fulfill orders mid-day, monitor health at close. This page is your runbook.

Morning — list new inventory

Two ways to get cards onto your storefront:

From SlabTrack collection

  1. Open slabtrack.io → log in → Strategist
  2. Filter by your slug or workspace
  3. Select cards → click Engage Storefront
  4. Set per-card prices (auto-suggested from comp data)
  5. Click Commit — webhook fires, cards appear on your storefront within seconds

Direct on the storefront dashboard

  1. Listings → Add Card
  2. Either scan a PSA cert (auto-fills metadata) or fill manually
  3. Set price + quantity
  4. Upload front + back images (or pull from PSA's image API by cert number)
  5. Save → live immediately

Mid-day — fulfill orders

Orders queue under Orders in the dashboard. Each order has a state:

StateWhat it meansYour action
pendingCustomer started checkout but hasn't paidWait — Stripe webhook will move it to paid or release it
paidStripe captured the payment, card is yours to shipPack + print label
shippedYou printed a Shippo label, tracking is attachedDrop off / hand to carrier
deliveredCarrier confirmed deliveryDone
refundedYou issued a refundDone
disputedCustomer filed a chargebackSee Payouts → Disputes

The fulfill flow

  1. Click into a paid order → Print Label
  2. Shippo generates a label (USPS by default; UPS/FedEx if configured)
  3. Pack the card per shipping standards
  4. Stick the label on, drop in the mail
  5. Tracking auto-attaches to the order; customer gets an email
💡 Batch print labels

If you have 20+ paid orders, click Bulk Print on the Orders page. It generates one PDF with all labels in a 4×6 grid. Print, peel, stick, drop off in one trip.

Evening — monitor health

The Dashboard page (the default landing) shows:

Cross-channel awareness

If you also list cards on ToT or your own SlabTrack collection or eBay, sale-locks coordinate so the same card can't sell twice. When a card sells on your storefront, SlabTrack fires bulk-disengage webhooks to every other channel — eBay listing pulls, ToT listing closes, etc.

⚠ Manual eBay delists won't sync back

If you manually delist a card on eBay (instead of letting SlabTrack do it), SlabTrack's view drifts. Run Sync Center → Reconcile on the SlabTrack side weekly to catch drift. Your storefront has its own reconciler that runs hourly.

What to check before you sleep

  1. No stuck "pending" orders older than 30 minutes (those should auto-release; if not, check troubleshooting)
  2. Stripe balance is positive (no failed payouts)
  3. No disputes in red state (urgent customer-service issues)
  4. Tomorrow's listing pipeline — anything new ready to scan in the morning?
